If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we will refund the full amount. In the event of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 100% of the accommodation price.

The reservation becomes valid once the full amount is paid in advance via bank transfer. Please note that any additional services or extra accommodation booked directly on-site can only be paid in cash.

We do not require an advance deposit for the reservation. Payment on-site is possible in cash only. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, it must be completed strictly in advance prior to your arrival.
